Farmers, energy cooperatives, other landowners and (other) parties with a good connection in wind-rich areas, we offer the opportunity to reserve a turbine now. This will help you put an end to constantly rising energy bills in the future! Or you can opt for a fixed fee, where we pay 1,200 euros per year in land fees from the commissioning of the turbine.
For this reservation, you pay nothing, but you give us the right to place a turbine on your land and supply the energy generated to the grid. With the current constant rise in energy prices, it may be more interesting to purchase the turbine yourself. You can too! The arrangement provides for turbine takeover at predetermined cost prices.
A reservation costs you nothing and only brings you benefits. At the same time, this gives a guaranteed outlet for our investors after the development is completed.

Projects
We see opportunities for different types of larger and smaller projects, such as individual turbines at farmers, at offices or other commercial properties. Together with energy cooperatives, we want to realize small-scale wind farms of a few dozen turbines, as an alternative to large-scale (very) high turbines.
Suitable locations include on the north side of solar farms, where we use the same connection and can complement the “solar” production profile with wind. Thus, more power production and grid balance can be realized with the same grid infrastructure.
Being able to directly influence the generated power at a consumer, such as an agricultural business or industrial building, is also beneficial to the business case and socially relevant, as it prevents congestion.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could install WhisperRing® Turbines along the highways in windy provinces in the Netherlands? Then we can make dozens of percent of the total Dutch energy demand sustainable!
Earnings model
The WhisperRing® turbine will produce between 50MWh and 80MWh per year in the Netherlands[1]. Especially in the windier areas in the coastal provinces, in the Flevopolder and in large parts of Groningen and Friesland, the turbine can produce a lot. The buildings in the area and the maximum permitted shaft height, are important in this regard.
For the small-scale projects with one or a few turbines, we can offer one of the following options:
- WhisperRing® rents the site to erect a turbine (approximately 10M2 per turbine). Whispering pays the land or roof owner 1,200 euros a year for that from placement. WhisperRing® applies for subsidies for the turbine and sells the power itself.
- The land or roof owner purchases the turbine at the time of placement at the price to be agreed with him already now. The land or rooftop owner generates electricity for his own consumption, saves the prevailing electricity price and, to the extent that he can net the energy tax as well.

Investing in WhisperRing®
Do you also expect that energy costs will rise, that we need to invest in renewable generation and that raw materials will become increasingly scarce? Then investing in WhisperRing® might be an interesting option for you!
If you would like to invest in the WhisperRing® company, you can do so in the following ways, depending on the size of your investment:
- For smaller investors and energy cooperatives, there is the opportunity to purchase certificates from the Wervelwind Foundation. If there is sufficient interest, the Foundation will investigate the conditions for this with the AFM, or leave the organization of this to a crowdfunding platform.
- For larger investors, there is the opportunity to participate in a larger issue organized from within the Company, raising sufficient capital to fund detail engineering and prototyping. Such an issuance is expected to take place in the2nd or3rd quarter of 2022.
Increasing material and energy costs, will make the business case for the WhisperRing® increasingly interesting! In addition, after the smaller models, we will also start producing larger models, where the cost of kWh produced will go further down!
